-If the fence is too small to see, you may have the "Automatic Resize" option turned on in Internet Explorer.

-To see the image you can either: point to the small image and wait a few seconds. An icon should show up which, once pressed will enlarge the image to its normal size.

-Or in Internet Explorer go to "Tools > Internet Options". Click the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down to the "Multi-media" section. Uncheck the box that says "Enable Automatic Image Resizing"
